All products are fully guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months subject of course to normal use. Should your order not be to your satisfaction you must notify us within 3-working days to inform us of the reasons why. We will issue you with an RMA number which must be applied to all outer box labels to enable us to identify the products returned.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Certain products cannot be returned e.g. opened or activated software, bespoke products etc.
